Student Advice

I’m sure Mr Howard knows what to do in difficult situations, but he always asks for our opinions or advice.
He emailed us three of his problems and asked us to write back to him and give him advice.

1-Every week I ask my students to write one writing. I have lots of students, so I get about 100 papers every week.
I can’t finish marking the papers on time, and my students think I’m a lazy teacher.

2-Some of my students don’t want to learn English, but they know English is very important in the future jobs.
I talk to them about it, but they always ignore my advice.
I feel like there is no way that I can encourage these students to study.

3-The other English teachers at school think that I work too hard,
because I want to be more popular than them at school.
That’s why they often don’t talk to me or invite me to their parties. I feel lonely in the staffroom.
