Superheroes: Protect the Earth

As everybody knows, all superheroes have some characteristics in common. For instance, they all live in a city that they protect and they are generally in conflict with the government. Newspapers and government officials are always disrespectful to the heroes such as Batman or Spiderman. Because of this, they try to change the public opinion about themselves.

Superheroes don’t want to show themselves in public places, for this reason they usually go undercover. By doing this, they provide themselves a place more than their superhero life and they are able to separate their personal and professional lives.

Another thing that is common in superheroes is having inner struggles. In stories and movies, authors try to create an identity crisis because they want to add some emotion to their stories.

There are many types of heroes, but most of them prefer fighting alone. However, even while they are fighting alone, they need backup. At that point, police and the city leaders are generally there with them. And sometimes there are some other heroes willing to help such as Robin. He is the sidekick of Batman. They are also good friends. Whenever Batman needs him, he is there. There are also some superheroes who like to fight as groups and be in a team. Flash is a great example of this type. He is a member of the Justice League. Their aim is to protect the earth and beyond. They always work together to achieve their goal. There are not only male superheroes in the world; there are also some female ones that we call superheroines, for example; Invisible Woman, Spider Woman and She Hulk. They are as powerful as the male heroes are. On the scene today, there are both old and new superheroes and heroines that inspire and entertain us.
