8 Basic Wilderness Survival Skills
To learn how to survive in the wilderness, you have to develop certain skills. You need to be ready to build a shelter to spend the night or make a fire to warm yourself. It’s necessary to know how to find water and food in the wild. Predicting the weather and signalling for help are also essential skills. If you are not good at finding your way, you had better improve your navigation skills. It’s also a good idea to know basic wilderness first aid.
