TEENAGE PROBLEMS
Life constantly challenges you, as a child, teenager, parent or adult - no matter what phase of the life cycle you are in. Everyone, regardless of their age, has a lot of problems to deal with.
The teenage phase is a time of rapid change for kids both physically and cognitively. Teenagers assume that their life is too hard to cope with as during their teenage phase they face not only countless problems and challenges, but also lots of emotional highs and lows. One minute it is possible for them to feel great, and the next moment, they might feel depressed. These kinds of mood swings are common teenage problems.
Another common problem faced by teenagers is depression. The reasons for depression vary and teenagers’ reactions also differ from each other. Prolonged sad or angry moods, insomnia, frequent health issues like headaches or stomach-aches or changes in their behaviour are some of the symptoms of depression.
