TEENS AT THE WEEKENDS

ARTHUR

My weekends are always the same. Friday after school, my friends and I get together to chat and drink something. Some of my friends go out to eat or just hang out, but I like having dinner with my family. On Saturdays I usually meet my friends to play soccer or hockey. After the match, we usually go to a friend’s house whose parents aren’t at home. We sometimes watch movies or play board games. When the weather is good or if we’re in a really good mood, we go for a swim at the beach.

NINA

On Fridays, I usually visit my grandparents with my family. They live in a town one hour away from the city. I like relaxing in their huge garden and I enjoy spending time with them. Sometimes I help my granny in the garden or we go for a walk in the forest with my granddad. When the weather is rainy, we usually play cards together or watch a comedy movie. I usually do my homework on Sundays and go to bed early to get ready for the week.

KATY

I usually go to a shopping mall with my friends on Saturdays. We sometimes go to the cinema or go bowling. We have lunch together and hang out until dinner time. Then everyone goes home. I finish most of my homework on Saturdays because I prefer relaxing on Sundays. I practise playing piano and I sometimes spend time listening to new songs on Sunday evenings.
