The Angel Statue

My house is next to a beautiful park. There are nice flower beds full of different flower types in the park. You can learn about them reading information boards next to each flower bed. The park has also got a big pond, animal and angel statues.

This angel statue is my favourite one in the park. It is in front of a tree covered with ivy. Ivy is a plant that climbs up trees or walls. The angel is carved from stone so it’s resistant to rain, snow and wind. She is wearing a dress and she has some flowers in her hand. She looks sad, maybe she lost her flowers.
