The Change In Climate Change
Our Earth’s climate changes all the time. From ice ages to big volcanic activities,
our Earth sees changes in its atmosphere and climate in long periods of time.
The oxygen levels in the atmosphere goes higher and lower in millions of years,
and the climates of different places change from wet to dry and vice versa. So, you may ask,
‘What’s the matter with climate change today? What are scientists worried about?’
The answer to this question is simple. These changes are happening faster than before. In some places,
rainfall goes lower and lower every year. So, people, animals and plants can’t find food and water to live.
If climate change happens at a normal speed, animals and plants can slowly change to adjust to the new climate.
When changes like this happen faster than before, a lot of people lose their land and water,
and move to other countries and places. But those new places have their own problems,
and too many people in a place can make those problems worse.
