The Lizard in the Grass

A small lizard lived in the grass. One day, the lizard was singing a song and a student passed by and heard the song. The student said, “There is no one here but I can hear a song. Who is that?” The lizard said, “It is me! Look at the grass”. The student looked down and said, “That’s a big surprise for me. I didn’t know that lizards can sing songs”. The lizard said, “I think you don’t know so much about animals. If you want to know a lot about animals, you should be friends with us. You shouldn’t be afraid of us”. The student said, “That’s true. Now I know that lizards can sing sweet songs”.
