The Loves of My Life!

I have two daughters. The oldest was born in 2008 and the youngest was born in 2011. They were both born in London, UK. They were born there, but they live in Istanbul, Turkey. They both speak English and Turkish. 

Tilly is the oldest and she could walk when she was 13 months old. She could talk when she was two years old. Grace is the youngest and she started doing things earlier than her sister. Grace could walk when she was 12 months old, and she could talk when she was 20 months old. Tilly can read now, but Grace can’t. She will learn soon.

When I was a child, I learned to walk and talk at around the same age as my girls. I started swimming when I was younger though, when I was 7 years old, but they don’t know how to swim yet.

They are learning what they are good at in different areas. One is good at art; the other is good at acting. One is good at sport; the other is good at music. It is so interesting to see how they grow and develop.
