The New House

This is our new house in Green Street. It’s big and very modern. My brother Josh has got his own room, and I have got my own too. There is a small room on the second floor. That’s our guest room. The big room is the reading room. My Mum and dad love reading. They have got many books, so there are many shelves in that room. I keep my books in my bedroom. I love painting, so I have a lot of paints and paintings. There are two bathrooms on the second floor. One of them is for me and my brother, the other one is for our parents. In the living room, there is a big TV and there are lots of DVDs. We all love watching films together, so there is a very big sofa for us to sit on. My mum’s favourite room is the kitchen. It’s big and has two tables. We eat breakfast and dinner in there. It has a lovely view of the garden. My brother has got a dog, Sunny. Sunny and my brother play in the garden after school. I think my brother likes the garden best. My dad’s favourite room is his bedroom. He likes sleeping. There is an old radio in his bedroom and he usually listens to music on the radio.
