The New Programme

Host: Today on our show, Joe McInnes, the producer of Survival Mode,
is joining us to talk about his new survival show. Welcome, Joe! Tell us about the new show.
I’m sure your fans can’t wait to hear about it.

Joe: Hi Jenny. Thank you for having me on your show. The first episode is going to be on TV on 12th December.

Host: Is the show going to have the same name like last year?

Joe: No, we changed it a little last week. This one is new. Now it’s called Survival Instinct.

Host: Wow! That’s a nice name change. What’s the show going to be like?

Joe: Well, the goal is the same. The contestants must live on their own on an island for a month.
Nobody is going to give them food or water. They have to build their own home and face the everyday problems.

Host: This was on Survival Mode too. What’s new in Survival Instinct?

Joe: The contestants are going to have team-mates this time. They can choose to work together or be alone.
When a contestant leaves the team, he or she loses but the team doesn’t.

Host: I’m sure it’ll be really exciting. Are there any new features?

Joe: Yes, there are. But I’m not going to disclose them to anyone right now. You’re going to see the best parts yourselves.

Host: I’m sure a lot of people can’t wait to see them.
