The Play

Adam and Beth lived in a village with their two children. They were poor. Adam never watched a play before. He wanted to go with his wife to watch a good play. He asked her and she said yes. He bought tickets for two. They entered the hall and it was very crowded. They watched the play. The play was about a family in the past. This family was poor. They had no money to buy food, and their sick children couldn’t go to hospital. There were no shops, modern buildings or cars in their village. They travelled by horse. One day the father decided to move with his family to the United States. When they went to the United States, the father found a job and sent his children to hospital. Their children got better. Then, everything in their lives got better. Adam and Beth were sad because the actors and actresses were poor too. They thought maybe they can move to another country for a better life.
