The Safari Museum

Yesterday was Saturday, but we were at school. It was a different day because our school wanted to take us to the Safari Museum in our city.

All the students walked to the front gate and got on the school buses. Some students were happy to go to the museum, but some students weren’t, because they were sleepy!

There were a lot of interesting things in the museum. We looked at the pictures of different people on safaris. We saw things that people usually use on safaris. Some of those things were new, but a lot of them were old. One item was an axe. It was 100 years old. A famous traveller from our city used it in Tanzania. His picture was on the wall next to the axe.
