THE SEA WORLD SHOW
It’s a hot summer day in California. Daphne and Dave are driving to San Diego with their mum and dad.
It’s a long drive and they’re getting bored. Daphne is listening to music and Dave is reading a book about dolphins.
They’re going to San Diego Aquarium. ‘What type of event is it?’ ask the children. Mum says,
‘There is a dolphin show, also we can pet the sea turtles in the pool.’ ‘Wow,’ said the children.
They arrive at the aquarium. There’s a long line in front of it. They have their tickets so they don’t wait in the line.
‘What time does the dolphin show start?’ asks Daphne? ‘It’s at 11 o’clock.’ says Dad.
‘How much does a ticket cost?’ asks Dave. ‘Ten dollars,’ says Mum. They have some time before the show,
so they decide to drink something at the café. The show starts.
The dolphins jump through the hoops and they swim on their tales. Everybody shouts and cheers.
The dolphin keeper gives fresh fish to the dolphins at the end of the show. Dave likes the show a lot.
He wants to buy some souvenirs from the gift shop. Daphne doesn’t like the show.
She thinks that the dolphins aren’t happy in the pool because the pool is very small and it’s very hot.
They are happy and free in the sea.
