The Ultimate Baked Potato

Ingredients

- 40g of butter            - 25g of corn flour

- 1 cup of milk          - 1 tsp. of mustard

- 125g of grated cheese   - 4 potatoes

Instructions

ü  Bake the potatoes for an hour at 190C.

ü  In a heavy pan, melt the butter.

ü  Cook this gently over heat for 1-2 minutes.

ü  Slowly add the milk to the flour and then mix both in with the butter to form a paste. Try to avoid any lumps. Once the butter, milk and flour mix have fully combined, cook it on a low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken and bubble gently.

ü  Add in the cheese and mustard. Stir until the cheese has melted completely and the mustard fully incorporated.

ü  Let the sauce bubble for another 5 minutes until thick and luxurious.

ü  Pour the sauce over your freshly baked potato.
