TIPS FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
A healthy lifestyle is simply eating healthy food and doing sports. According to research, very few people follow this. How can you test yourself? First, answer these four questions below and see the results.
1) Do you have any bad habits?
2) Do you have a healthy weight?
3) Do you eat fruit and vegetables 5 times a day?
4) Do you exercise 30 minutes or more 5 times a week?
These four habits are very important for a healthy lifestyle, but there are other things you need to follow. Here is my list.
• Brush and floss your teeth daily. Dental health is important because it can affect all of your body.
• Sleep well. Sleeping times change for different ages. It’s better to sleep for 8 hours every night.
• Stand and sit straight. If you do this, you will look 2 to 3 kg thinner, and your back pain will go away.
• Smile and laugh regularly. Laughing makes you feel positive. There are different ways to do this. For example, you can read comics, watch a sitcom or tell jokes to bring out those happy feelings.
• Enjoy regular family dinners. A healthy lifestyle means a healthy family life too. Spending quality time with your family helps you become happier and more confident.
