Group leader: If you’re a camping newbie, then you need to take some of my advice seriously.
Otherwise, you may have terrible camping experiences repeatedly. First, you need to go camping light.
Never take lots of your stuff or pets with you. Take enough to survive, but not too much not to be able to run.

Group leader: Well, in that case, make sure you vaccinate your pet.
Also, keep it away from other dogs or animals during camping.
You would also have to keep an eye on your dog all the time. Never leave your dog outside unattended.
Now, speaking of animals, you might get a visit from animals in the forest. They’re usually afraid of humans,
but they come in search of food or they’re just curious. Do NOT feed wild animals.

Keep in mind, store your food in your car or hang it from a tree.

Pat: What if we were in a tent and an animal attacked us?

Jenny: If you were in a dangerous place, it would be a good idea to have some kind of a weapon with you.
