Madison: ‘Last weekend my husband and I decided to go camping in the forest 20 kilometres away from our house. People from our town usually go to the lake, so we thought it was quiet in the forest at the weekend. We put our tent, shoes, food and everything we needed in the car and set off. We made a few turns and drove for an hour, but there was no forest. We realised that we were lost. I thought my husband knew the way well, but he didn’t. We were lucky because I had the map of the area on my phone, and we used GPS to find our way…’

Frank: ‘I travelled to Paris with my friend Holly last month. We decided to go all round the city by bike. Sometimes we stopped to take pictures of beautiful buildings and visit museums. At noon we stopped at a restaurant to get sandwiches and drinks, but two men took our bikes and rode away. The owner of the café called the police. He said to us that the neighbourhood wasn’t safe any more…’
