Travelling Ways!
For some people, travelling isn’t just buying tickets, taking the train or plane and staying at a hotel. They choose to add little spice to their experience. Here are the experiences of three people who chose to do something different while travelling:
Linda: ‘I’ve come home from another trip to a wonderful place. This time I went to the Maldives and took my camera and notebook with me. I took photos of almost everything there and took notes about different places, foods, restaurants and so on. Now I’ve just finished my blog post and uploaded the best pictures from the trip. I’m now waiting for my free tickets from the website. I haven’t chosen where to go yet, but I’m sure it’ll be amazing.’
Steven: ‘I haven’t married yet, so my job isn’t really difficult. My job is travelling. Every time we arrive in a city, we get off the plane and go to a hotel to rest. It’s free, and what can be better than that? You just have to work during the flight and get paid and then you’re at a different place. I’ve visited more than 40 countries since I got this job – something that I never thought would happen.’
Miguel: ‘When people in so many countries want to learn my language, why miss this chance? I’ve travelled and worked in 7 countries in the past 4 years. I was a shy person, but now I can’t believe that I’ve meet so many new people (my Instagram has 300 thousand followers). My dad was a teacher for 30 years, and he hasn’t experienced even 1% of what I’ve done. Maybe I should take him with me to Japan next year.’
