Treasure Hunt

Hi, my name is Jack and I love treasure hunts. Do you know what a treasure hunt is? Let me explain. In a treasure hunt you find things with clues. These things are hidden and you have to read and understand what the clue is telling you. You have to find one clue so you can find the next one. That’s how it works. It is fun to do this with your friends. They can help you and you can find the prize quicker. I like finding the prize. Last week there was a treasure hunt at my school. My friends and I were on a team. We were the winner because we found the prize first.

For my birthday, I want to have a pirate theme treasure hunt with my friends in my garden. My parents think it is a great idea. I hope they write good clues for us and that there is a fantastic prize at the end.
