TWINS ARE NOT ALWAYS THE SAME

TWINS ARE NOT ALWAYS THE SAME

I have twins. They are 8 years old, and they go to the primary school in our neighbourhood. Their names are Kevin and Denise. They were born in 2010.

Although they are twins, they are different in many ways. Kevin is interested in numbers and drawing, but Denise is interested in music and acting. They both have blue eyes and fair hair, but Denise is much thinner than Kevin. Although they go to the same school and study in the same class, they have completely different friends. They do not see each other very often during school hours. They attend different clubs and activities so they don’t spend much time together.

Denise loves listening to music while she is studying, but Kevin prefers to be in a quiet room when it is time for homework. They both enjoy riding their bikes and playing hide and seek, but most of the time they play with different toys in their rooms. Although they like each other very much, they cannot play together for very long. One of them gets bored and the game ends with a loud argument!

Kevin is into space and astronomy these days. He put up some posters on the walls of his bedroom of planets, comets, astronauts and others things related to space. He wanted to be a vet last year, but this year he says he will be an astronaut when he grows up.

Denise is a real stage girl. She loves singing and dancing and she spends hours watching Just Dance videos in her bedroom. She dances to the music and has great time! She is also very good at acting. However, she sometimes feels shy when we ask her to perform for us. I believe that she will be a star in the future.
