Two Goats
One day, two goats met each other on a bridge. They wanted to go across by using the bridge but the bridge was too narrow for two goats. On this bridge just one goat could walk safely. One of the goats said, “Go back. This place is not wide enough for us.” And the other one replied, “Why should I go back? You should go back!” Then, the first one said, “I am stronger than you so you should go back.” The second goat answered, “No, you are not stronger than me.”
The first goat wanted to fight with the second one to show that he was stronger but the second goat found a solution and he said, “When we fight, we will fall into the river and we will die so I have an idea: I will lie down and you will walk over me.” The second goat lied down and the first one walked over him so now there was enough space to walk for the second goat. Both of them crossed the bridge safely.
