Customer: Hello. Have you got more of these shirts? I’d like to get two as gifts.
Assistant: Yes. Would you like them to be the same size and colour, sir?
Customer: Well, I’d like one white and one red, please. The same size.
Assistant: Sure. I’ll get them to you now. Thank you for your purchase.

Customer: Excuse me. Do you have a smaller size of these?
Assistant: Do you have your receipt?
Customer: I haven’t bought it yet. I just tried it on.
Assistant: Oh, sorry! Let me get you another size.

Customer: Hello. Can I get a refund on this? I’ve changed my mind about it.
Assistant: Oh, unfortunately we don’t offer refunds on this. But you can exchange it for another item, if you’d like.
Customer: Sure. What can I exchange it for?
Assistant: You can exchange this dress for a pair of shoes or shorts or a shirt.

Customer: I’d like to return this.
Assistant: No problem. Do you have your receipt?
Customer: Oh no! I threw it away.
Assistant: Sir, I’m afraid I can’t refund or change it for you if there’s no receipt.
Customer: But why? I got this yesterday. Don’t you remember me?
