Taco time!
We had an amazing time in Mexico City. I tried beef taco for the first time, and it was just mind-blowing! The beef, cheese and lettuce in the tortilla made me think of going back to Mexico again.

Give me more hummus!
I had my first hummus in Beirut, Lebanon, and it melted my mouth. You can’t go to the Middle East and not try hummus at least once. There are lots of countries and cultures here that have hummus as part of their meals. If you like a healthy dish made of chickpeas, tahini, garlic and olive oil, then hummus is definitely for you!

Fish and chips
Fish and chips may look simple, but when they serve it to you in the UK, you can’t pass it up! I ate fish and chips in Moscow, my hometown, and I didn’t really like it at all. But the fish and chips here is great. The chefs here make sure that the fish and chips is crunchy and fresh.

Lasagne
Our trip to Rome couldn’t be complete without the traditional Italian pizza and lasagne. The lasagne here is made of layers of lasagne noodles that have two kinds of sauces between them – the red sauce and the white sauce. The red sauce is the main part; it’s a mix of beef, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil and other chopped vegetables. You can also add cheese between the layers. Making lasagne isn’t a piece of cake, but lasagne itself is really delicious!
