My favorite food for breakfast is the omelet. I can make great omelets. We have different kinds of omelets.
Usually, you need an onion, two eggs, one big tomato, a small bell pepper, some oil and a little salt.
I think it’s a healthy food because there is protein, fat, minerals and vitamins in it.

I love cooking, and I can make the best pasta. It’s very delicious and easy to learn.
You need some meat and tomato sauce to make the pasta sauce first. Next, you boil the pasta until it’s soft.
Then, you mix the pasta and sauce together. You can add some vegetables to it, too.
I like this food because it’s not just delicious; it’s also healthy.
