What Happened to the Boy?

Yesterday, in the newspaper, I read a story about a boy called Timmy and I felt very bad. The boy had a car accident when he was with his parents. The father was driving and he was going a bit fast. The weather was rainy at that time and the road was slippery. The father didn’t see the tree on time and when he saw the tree it was too late to stop the car so they crashed into the tree.

The newspaper article says the ambulance was there in five minutes because some people saw the accident and they called the ambulance. Everybody did their best to help these three people quickly. They were taken to the hospital but when they were in the hospital it was too late for mum and dad. They died but the boy was lucky because he just had a broken arm and it healed very soon. I know calling this boy lucky is not fair but I am happy that he lives now. According to the newspaper the boy started to live with his uncle. I hope he will have a good life.
