People always want to know what to eat, but do we want to know what not to eat?
These days unhealthy foods are everywhere, and people get fat and ill more often.
Here are two foods that you shouldn’t eat much!

Sugary drinks
Sugar is bad for you, and everyone knows this. Today you can find sugar in a lot of foods, 
and children eat 10 times more sugar than the children in the past. When you drink sugary drinks,
your body doesn’t recognise it as food, so you don’t feel full. This adds more calories to your diet,
and you get fat. What can we do? Instead of sugary drinks, we can drink water, soda water, coffee or tea.
If you like your water to taste better, add some lemon to it.

Ice cream
I agree! Ice cream is very delicious, but it’s very unhealthy. It’s got a lot of fat and sugar in it. 
That’s why it’s full of extra calories and can make you fat. Some people eat ice cream after every meal.
This is a very bad thing to do because it adds to the calories you just ate. What can we do?
It’s better to make our own ice cream with less sugar and fat.
We can also choose not to eat lots of ice cream after lunch or dinner. Eat only small amounts as a snack.
