Where I live

Where I live

I’m Susan. I live in a village. There are many houses here. People live in houses, not in flats. There are two floors in our house. On the first floor, there is a room and a kitchen. We’ve got a big garden. There are lots of flowers and some trees. There is grass on the ground, and there are chairs to sit and relax or read when the weather is good. There are stairs going up and down. On the second floor, there are three rooms. The big one is my parents’ room. There is a bathroom on this floor. My room is bigger than my sister’s room because my sister is a baby and she doesn’t need a big room. There is a balcony in my room. There is a table and chair on the balcony. I sometimes do my homework or read there. There are colourful flowers, too. We haven’t got a basement, so my parents park their car in front of our house. I like living here because it’s quiet and nice.
