Where were You Last Summer?

‘I was in Florida, USA. I was there to visit my grandparents. The weather was hot and sunny, and I was at the beach every day. It was a lot of fun. I wasn’t alone. There were my cousins and their friends, and we were together all the time.’

‘I was ill all summer, so I was at home most of the time. The weather was nice and my friends were outside, so there wasn’t anybody to play with me at home. It wasn’t too bad, though, because there were lots of video games to play and films to watch.’
