WILLIAM’S DIARY

Monday: Back to school! It was great to see all my friends again. I also got a good score in my English test – awesome! After school, Andrew and I rode our bikes. We saw two deers near the forest but they ran away. I watched a comedy show on TV in the evening, it was so funny.

Tuesday: Jonas was sick today and didn’t come to school. Boris and I had lunch together. I swapped my apple for his banana. When I got home, there was a postcard for my family from my aunt. She is on holiday in Italy. My aunt says it is very hot there.

Wednesday: Today I had basketball practice after school. It was fun. I am looking forward to playing a real game on Saturday. I hope that we win. For dinner, I helped dad to make tacos. They were yummy. I was tired, so I went to bed at 8.30.

Thursday: On the way to school today, I saw a car accident. Nobody was hurt but there was a lot of traffic. Everyone slowed down near the accident. At school, I had a Maths test. I didn’t think it was too difficult but Jacob thought it was hard.

Friday: Today was the last day of the school week so I was happy! Mum made pizza for dinner. I really like mum’s pizzas. We watched a DVD after dinner. It was quite funny but my brother fell asleep on the sofa and didn’t see the end of the movie!

Saturday: Today I went to the cinema with my friends, Jonas and Boris. I brought popcorn and a drink from the cinema shop. We saw a really exciting movie. I enjoyed it but Jacob said that he was bored and almost fell asleep in the cinema!

Sunday: I don’t like to get up early on Sundays. It is nice to stay in bed and today I stayed in bed until 9 o’clock. When I got up, I could smell pancakes. Dad made some for the whole family. They are delicious and I ate four of them. Later, we all drove to my grandpa’s house for lunch. I had a good day.
