A Very Unhappy Customer

Dear sir / madam,

I am writing to complain about a holiday we bought from you recently. We were so disappointed with the holiday. First of all, the airline couldn’t find one of our reservations, so we had to pay for an extra ticket at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t believe our eyes! It was awful. In the photos, it looked really big and modern. In reality, it was small, old and dirty. 

In the hotel brochure you gave us, the hotel had two swimming pools, a sauna, a beach and facilities to kayak, abseil and surf. At the hotel, there was only one swimming pool, which was tiny and dirty. The sauna was closed. The beach was 10 kilometres away. There were no facilities for any of the extra activities we wanted to do.

The food was also terrible. The hot dishes were always cold and there were no healthy options available. The staff were all unhelpful and rude. We asked to change rooms because ours were above the bar, so it was very noisy at night. The hotel was nearly empty, but they said it was impossible! 

I could write much more but instead, will tell you this: we want a full refund and an apology from your company. If we do not receive this in the next week, we will write about your company on all social media sites.
