Doing sports is good for your health. Some people love doing sports. Many sports are safe, but there are also dangerous ones. You must be very careful when you are doing these sports.
Firstly, rafting is an enjoyable sport. It makes your arms very strong because you use paddles to pull the raft. But, it also makes you feel nervous because the water flows very fast. It is a dangerous sport because you can fall into the water. Moreover, you can hit your body on the rocks in the water. If you want to go rafting, you must be able to swim very well.
Secondly, bungee jumping is an exciting activity. It makes you feel scared because you jump from very high places. Bungee jumpers tie a rope around their body and jump.
Lastly, rock climbing is a fun sport. It makes you feel excited to get to the top of the mountain.
This sport also makes your arms stronger, but it is dangerous, too. You feel very tired quickly. Rock climbers are very careful, so they climb slowly.
